What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Smart Testing is easy to implement. No software needs to be installed locally; the test users can use the application directly and perform the specified test cases as in their daily work. Additional documentation is not required, and in case of errors, consultants and developers can precisely trace what happened during the test. The AI also automatically generates a textual description, allowing for searches by terminology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Despite all the advantages, the new recorder – purely related to the SAPGUI – has the disadvantage that automatic scripting is no longer supported when playing tests. However, if you have installed the corresponding frontend and backend components, you can still use the old recorder in special cases. Otherwise, the new recorder is clearly the better choice and our customer preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence ensure that users actually perform the required tests and do not just quickly check off "successfully tested" in an Excel sheet. This noticeably increases quality. At the same time, the interaction between test managers, testers, consultants, and developers is accelerated and overall smoother. The customer can present the created test documentation as a PDF/A during an audit or alternatively create suitable templates in Word for process documentation, for example, for new employees.
