"Palm Feels Like a Real Back Office Team for Entity Management"

What do you like best about Palm Business Identity?

We're a tax and accounting firm and Palm has basically become our back office for entity stuff. Registered agent, annual reports, formations, dissolutions... we hand it to Palm and it gets done.

What I like most is that it feels like working with people, not a portal. Diego and the team are in a shared Slack channel with us, and when we ask what something will cost we get a clear fee breakdown back (state fees and all) so we can quote the client right away. What do you dislike about Palm Business Identity?

Honestly not much. A lot of our requests still run through Slack with Diego instead of inside the app. That's been a plus for us so far, but as we bring more clients over I'd love to see more of it live in the platform so our whole team can see where things stand. What problems is Palm Business Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Palm, entity compliance was the stuff that slipped through the cracks. Annual reports, registered agent renewals, state notices... none of it is hard, but all of it has a deadline (and usually a late fee). Our clients are busy running their businesses and aren't thinking about any of it.

Now we have one place to send it. We onboarded a batch of our clients back in April, and $85 a year for registered agent makes it easy to fold into what we offer. Our clients stay in good standing, their info stays private, and our team gets to spend its time on tax and advisory work instead of chasing secretary of state forms.
