What do you like best about PairSoft?

Pairsoft has worked well for us as an electronic document management system. It allows us to work paper-free remotely or in-office and has improved document sharing, storage and recall across the organization. It integrates well with the Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge. What do you dislike about PairSoft?

We are unable to create our own custom workflows, but we understand that the backend's complexity requires developers or engineers to make those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

We introduced PairSoft a decade ago to solve our paper-based document management risk. This software securely stores our documents in an easy-to-use solution that makes document recall seamless and efficient. Audit time is now a breeze, and we can feel confident that our documents are safely stored on the cloud and no longer at risk of being physically destroyed by flood/fire/theft.
