What do you like best about pair Networks?

I have been a Pair Networks user since the tail end of 1999. At first they only hosted my personal website, but over the years and decades that stable has grown to include a dozen websites, some of which are integral to my small business. Pair's hosting service has always been reliable, their prices have always been reasonable, and their customer service quick, smart, and on point. I now have a dedicated server with multiple databases, and I love being able to SSH in and work directly on the server myself. I would not hesitate to point anyone toward their offerings. What do you dislike about pair Networks?

Honestly, the downsides of Pair are few. Occasionally I have a technical question that they can't answer, but that's almost always because it's a question about software or code that I've installed and not about the hosting environment itself. Occasionally also they have scheduled updates for my server at times that conflict with my business needs, but we can usually work that out. Either that, or the disruption ends up being very short. What problems is pair Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pair Networks is providing the entire web infrastructure for both my business and personal needs. I have an unparalleled level of control over my server environments, which I appreciate, and they have rarely let me down with outages.
