What do you like best about PagerDuty?

PagerDuty has been exceptionally reliable for alerting the right person at the right time. Its integrations with tools like Slack, AWS, and Jira feel seamless and make it easy to fit into our existing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PagerDuty?

The pricing can feel a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. Also, the initial setup and configuration—especially for more complex escalation policies—can come with a slight learning curve for new team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PagerDuty solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps eliminate the chaos of figuring out who to contact when a production bug or server crash happens. Without a clear escalation policy, tickets can easily get lost, overlooked, or delayed.

For me, the biggest benefit is how much it streamlines our 24/7 incident management. I can quickly see who’s on call, route and integrate alerts directly into our Slack channels, and coordinate with teammates to resolve outages faster.
