"The absolute BEST proofing system"

What do you like best about PageProof?

There are 3 things we like best about PageProof. 1. UI and how it functions - very well thought out and super easy to use. 2. Integration with monday.com - goes right into our workflow, 3. Customer service - always responsive! (Roy Marshall was key in helping us understand the power of the platform and key in our deciding to move forward with PageProof, Julia Jin has provided us with excellent support!) It makes our proofing process effortless. Our clients like using it - the UI is clean and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

We love everything about using PageProof - there are a few areas where we think there could be enhancements: we initially started using the extension with InDesign, but have not used it since we ran into a problem of the annotations not staying with the content after changes are made. We don't know if updates have been made to this, but it's not a problem as we use multiple monitors and having the PageProof open on one and working on the other makes it easy. We have not trained our clients well enough to use the markup tools effectively. A few of them use the pencil tool that makes a note on the page versus identification of the exact area of revisions. What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves our problem of project bottlenecks due to proofing delays. It allows for our client to share the proof with others. It supports our workflow, internal and external file review with integrations with monday.com. It allows us to know if the client has seen the proof. It keeps all of the communication from the client together in one place vs looking through @mentions or emails. It keeps all of the versions in one place and lets us know if the revisions have been made. Designers get to-do lists that integrate with InDesign so that the revisions appear within the software.
