**What do you like best about PageProof?**

What I like most about PageProof is that it makes feedback very easy and clear. Everything is in one place, so there’s no confusion with emails or different versions. It saves time and helps teams work better togehter

One small thing is that it can take a little time at the beginning to get used to all the features. However, once you get the hang of it, it really makes the review process smoother and more efficient overall.

PageProof helps avoid missing feedback and delays in approvals. Everything is tracked properly, so nothing gets lost.
This helps me stay organized, finish work faster, and be more confident that everything is reviewed correctly.

it's very easy to mark up the proofs with comments

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

it's very cumbersome when compared to the clients I can just email proofs to but that isn't. With PageProof you have to wait for a client to comment and submit a proof and then you make the changes, resubmit the proof and the process starts over... but if you have a change or see an error and want to resend the file you have to completely resend and start a whole new proof number, you cant just send it to them. With the clients I email proofs to, I can just be like OOPS here is the correction and they can look at it no problem.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works as a go-between for submitting proofs to clients and as a way for them to mark it up for corrections and eventually approve it. It replaces us having to email the clients and them either typing changes or writing/drawing them out by hand

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I use PageProof for reviewing everything, and it makes it easy and intuitive to proofread projects, like print jobs or website edits. I love the custom workflows that allow our team's internal proofing process to happen seamlessly ahead of client reviews. I also appreciate that I can send a client a PageProof of their website to mark up edits, and the ability to select text and edit it within the proof comment is extremely helpful. Adding screenshots or files is easy too. PageProof actually delivers on what many soft-proofing systems promised but failed to deliver. We've been using it for three years and fully implemented client-specific proof workflows, with clients impressed and happy to review projects, as it's simple for them to provide feedback. Our design team also benefits from the creative integrations with Adobe Creative Suite, which speeds editing on their side.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

It's occasionally a little slow to load.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PageProof for reviewing projects easily and intuitively. It solves inefficiencies from emailing PDF proofs and allows seamless internal proofing with custom workflows. Clients find it simple to give feedback, enhancing their happiness and engagement.

One limitation I’ve encountered is the inability to upload marked-up PDFs as the initial version. While I have imported PDF comments into PageProof, the import process is not always reliable.

Centralising all feedback and document versions in a single platform has reduced multiple emails, instant message and scattered file locations which previously caused delays.   
A particularly useful aspect is the ability to access previous versions of documents, which allows all our teams to reference earlier iterations easily and maintain continuity throughout the review and approval process.

Easy to use: reduces mistakes and keeps all communication about a design in one place. Able to refer back through iterations. Over time, you build a very handy searchable library of all past jobs done for each client, which I am constantly referring to.

Some clients are initially resistant to using new software. However there are online videos to help guide them through it.

I work remotely, and it helps with workflow. Much easier to follow than acrobat - changes don't get lost. Lots of functionality - able to do animated banners, websites and more.

I love that we can control who sees collateral in each step. The platform is so easy to use, anyone can learn. It was easy to implement across all our different departments. We use this multiple times a day, for all mediums of proofs.

There is nothing I dislike about PageProof!

We used to struggle with everyone seeing proofs all at once, offering feedback too soon, confusion of versions, etc. Now, everyone is in a tiered system so that the proof is absolutely perfect by the time it gets to the final reviewer. The best part is that it moves through review steps automatically on its own, so the proof owner can send it and forget about it until to-do's are requested or the proof is approved.

It's fine to review proofs and get client feedback.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

I do not like that there isn't a folder structure. The proofing tool is also kind of annoying, I go to mark up things and then click a other key on my board and it thinks I'm asking to use a smart feature. I also don't like that you cannot mark up mult. pages at a time. I hate that I can't see everything within my agency unless I am added to a proof. Same goes for uploading a proof, unless I am an owner I cannot do so. I could understand that from a company perspective, but as a creative agency I don't find that helpful at all.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly not much besides keeping all client edits together.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I really enjoy how PageProof enhances collaboration by allowing everyone to work together in a productive way, making the review and approval process more streamlined. The user-friendly interface of PageProof is a standout feature, enabling even beginners to start using it very quickly and without any difficulty. Furthermore, the centralized system for approvals significantly improves efficiency by keeping track of the approval process, which helps ensure that reviews are completed on time. The correction tools are incredibly useful because they allow me, as a designer, to see exactly what was wrong with the last version, making it easy to correct for the next version. Additionally, the feature that logs all revisions during the approval process is invaluable, as it provides a clear record of changes made.

I don’t have any immediate improvements for PageProof

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

The only good feature is that comments appear in real time, as opposed to other proofing software where they only appear once submitted as a whole doc. Which means you can be working on the doc while in review. But also uploading a new doc doesn't delete all the comments written,

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Pretty much everything. The animation and the clunkiness of the interface, it's hard to see which comment is related to something drawn on the doc. It's just not an intuitive or nice piece of software to use, Proof HQ is better in every way except price.

If you upload multiple documents you cant see the individual file names without going to page grid.

The tools for marking up feel archaic, I can never tell what tool i have selected because the icons are pretty much  identical.

There's no easy way to zoom in and out via key commands.

There are no easy tools for measuring or checking alignment they're buried on clunky menus

If you have a document that happens to use the pageproof background colour there's no way to see the edge of the doc it just blends in.

On the 4th of July they replace your cursor when uploading a proof with a stupid firework animation that means you can't click on anything.

The proof tracking is diabolical, I've been using this for years and I can never find a proof I'm looking for on the dashboard, so we have to result in pasting the relevant latest proof links into a ticket to track them.

In short it's pretty crappy and hasn't improved in years. It's not easy to use, it's been implemented badly, the customer support is okay, unfortunately I have to use it daily.

We use it to proof advertising concepts and artwork.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I find PageProof very user-friendly and I like how it connects to other software like Monday. Having all comments on my work in one place for me to refer back to is really helpful. When I'm done on PageProof and approve a draft, it goes right to my Monday board, which makes managing my projects efficient. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

When I have a lot of drafts in my inbox, it looks very cluttered and it's tricky to find what I'm looking for.

PageProof allows me to have all comments on my work in one place, and its integration with Monday streamlines moving approved drafts directly into my project boards. It's user-friendly, making it easy to manage my workflows.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

It truly is a simple product to use; the layout is flat, clean, and visually nice to look at. The online guides the company provides is also helpful too short simple to follow along videos you can find on there YouTube page. Pageproof makes it easy to work with Marketing teams to push assets out by getting even quicker responses from a pretty busy team.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

What I like least about PageProof is the organizational structure of the tool. I'm a video editor so I'm uploading multiple assets for marketing review and sometimes I'm uploading multiple assets for different projects. I would rather there be folders I could name and drop my work into so it would be better for me to keep track of which project has approvals, comments, edits, etc. Kinda hard to do when all your assets are just on your homepage. Another thing I dislike is that when I need to upload a new set, I have to manually delete all old files; it would've been better with an archive system. I am still pretty new to PageProof, but a few aspects of this tool make it hard to use.

PageProof is helping me get faster responses from brand so that I can get video assets into the market faster, a task I once had to wait a month for by email!

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

It is so helpful to be able to have one place where routing is done. I love that it integrates very seamlessly to our workflow management software Asana, which allows us to easily keep track of our projects as they circulate. Before our process was trully a mess, and Pageproof fixed everything. I use Pageproof to proof large sets of creative assets of many sizes pretty much every day, and I love how easy it is to upload a collection and save workflows.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Sometimes it is a little confusing when moving through the different steps of the workflow. People in earlier steps of the workflow will sometimes get notifications, which can be confusing, especially if someone is in multiple steps of a workflow (such as a gatekeeper earlier and a final approver later) they may have to press approve multiple times. This can be avoided, but it doesn't automatically happen which can lead to confusion when sending many proofs with tight turn around times. However, customer support is very helpful and responsive with features.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pageproof makes it easy to circulate and get eyes on products in a fast-paced design team, creating many print and digital designs, as well as webpages and emails. It allows for great control over who see's the items when, and great tracking to go back and see who has seen and approved of what. Previously we were routing items through many different softwares which was confusing, but now since all proofing is in pageproof, everyone knows how to use it, what to look for, and when to look for items that require review.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I like that I can make edits directly onto the piece, copy and draw on it, and leave distinct comments on every single facet. This helps me cut down the amount of time it would take to either walk to a designer's desk or message them to edit, or copy from Adobe, Acrobat, or another app.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Sometimes PageProof just doesn't work properly and it can leave edits out that I save. Also, sometimes Facebook takes a long time to load.

PageProof solves communication issues between designers, clients, and myself. I can make direct edits, copy, draw, and leave comments on every facet, cutting down the time to message or walk to a designer's desk.

PageProof is easy to use, even with no experience. It has all the features we need and they regularly add new features.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

They don't have a status page/uptime monitor.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PageProof is saving us a lot of time. In the past we were sending pdf's back and forth to clients to gather their feedback.
We would get back multiple pdf's with feedback, or even scanned pagesn emails, it was a mess.
Now everything is centralized, for us and the clients. Easy to use, and so much faster.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I appreciate that anyone with an email address can access and review any document uploaded to PageProof. The editing process is generally straightforward and relatively easy to navigate.

Any time that I've needed customer support, they have been quick to answer my questions and solve a problem.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

One thing I find frustrating is that when I upload a CMYK JPEG, the colors sometimes become neon, which is not what I expect. Additionally, I wish there were a feature that allowed my reviewers to type or write directly on the uploads they are editing.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PageProof allows members of my team from around the world to access my uploads and make the necessary edits for production and print. This makes collaboration much easier, no matter where everyone is located.

Very easy to use, very flexible in that once a routing is started you can easily modify just about anything.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

If you load a PDF into it and then want to get rid of it, sometimes it''s hard or makes you start over on some of the forms you may have started to fill out.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of routing things through our system was a big problem.  Pageproof has fixed that because people can reviewing simulataneously and easily review what others have said.

I don't like that when you have multiple documents to upload for one Proof that you have to put them all in one folder and number them in the order they need to be listed for them to show up in the correct order in PageProof. It would be so much easier if you could re-arrange them in the order you want after the documents are all uploaded.

We have a controlled document policy and procedure, and PageProof helps us adhere to that by allowing us to route our documents electronically and makes each person's review, comments, and approval viewable by all those on the review team.

I like how PageProof makes it easier to work with. The ClickUp integration and circle feature work very well, making my tasks faster and reducing manual actions.

I don't like the email part. It would be great if there could be a saved emails feature, so I don't have to type emails in over and over again when uploading assets and adding owners. The setup is pretty self-explanatory with guides, but it could be more explanatory.

PageProof is easier to work with, and the ClickUp integration helps me by reducing manual actions, making my work faster.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

Pageproof makes it so so easy to share pdfs and other documents that need to be reviewed by a large team. We have people who work remote and people who are sometimes outside reviewers, but they're all able to review just fine even without making an account. I'm a graphic designer so this is obviously a great tool for reviewing design proofs, and it makes it very easy for people who aren't designers to give a thoughtful review since they can read other comments. We used to pass around actual prints for people to look at and I can't imagine having to go back to that. We use this literally everyday, I upload and check proofs daily. 

The customer service team is also very polite, responsive, and helpful whenever I've had a question.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

It's pretty easy for my inbox to get clogged up. Which isn't necessarily a pageproof issue, just more so how we're using it. I have no critiques about how the reviewing tools work.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of communication on proofs and information that needs to be verified on a larger scale. I'm a designer and it's very easy for me to send a proof to our customer service team and our engineers to confirm that the copy is correct. Rather than emailing back and forth or running to their office when I'm free and acting as a go between, they're able to discuss and land on the correct answer which I can then take.

My favorite thing about Page Proof is that it houses all revisions that have been made to a proof throughout its lifecycle, making it easy to go back and reference previous comments and changes.

Sending To-Do lists is a little tricky. It doesn't seem to be as user friendly as the rest of the program and tools. Maybe I'm not doing it correctly, but it isn't the most intuitive. However, the to-do list feature is a definite must have at our agency!

- We have the ability to add a check mark to comments when they are completed.
- Instead of having to mark up a PDF with client revisions, they are all noted within the Page Proof comments streamlining the revision process.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I really like that I can upload new versions, it helps me track how my projects have evolved over time. It’s also helpful when feedback shifts, like being told to make a change in Version 1 and then getting different direction in Version 3. Having that version history keeps everything documented and easy to reference. I also love being able to pinpoint edits directly on the file. It saves me from having to write out long descriptions or explain where something needs to be changed, the comment goes exactly where the update is needed, which is a huge time-saver.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

The email upload process could definitely be improved. I’d love the ability to simply email in my email like other platforms allow. Right now, PageProof gives a randomly generated address, but HubSpot requires email verification first—so the email does go through initially, but once it’s “verified,” I can’t reuse that same address for the same project. It would save so much time if I could just forward the email directly instead of sending it to myself, saving it, and then uploading it manually.

Sometimes when I upload emails, formatting issues appear, like emojis not rendering or layout spacing getting skewed. This makes the proof not always an accurate visual of what the recipient will see.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps a lot with organizing feedback, instead of everyone sending edits all at once or over email, I can control the order and keep things way more streamlined. I also like that all the comments stay in one place, so I’m not digging through emails trying to figure out who said what. Being able to check off edits as I go keeps me on track, and the whole process just feels cleaner and less chaotic.

I like a lot about PageProof, but the biggest convenience to me is that you can save repeatable workflows for reviews. So, if you are working on multiple projects that have the same reviewers/approvers, you can create a workflow to quickly select that same group of reviewers when creating a new proof.

My only real frustration with PageProof is that I can't make someone a reviewer but not an approver. I would appreciate the ability to make that distinction, because not all reviewers are necessarily approvers.

This is helpful when editing documents and if things get confused further down the line in production. It's great to have all versions and comments in one place, and it's useful to be able to collate comments from various stakeholders. I appreciate how everyone has visibilty over layouts, comments and where things are in the process. The tools to mark up files are easy to use. The ability to add various types of documents like links and PDFs is great. Easy to use from my side.

It would be good to have expanded tools (like a strikethrough option and insert text). It would also be good to have greater control of user notifications – a sticking point is how many users get – I know they can manage notifications themselves but stakeholders often don't.

Not all file types are accepted. We often cannot review powerpoints because they have not allowed that file type yet.

In the past when we have come to them with file type questions they have expanded to allow more files. We struggled with gifs for a long time and then they added an integration that made our review process much simpler.

It's been a great tool to help multiple members of our team review assets simultaneously and help our designers work on different parts of a project whilst we review another part. It's an intuitive app, which most of the team has gotten the hang of very quickly. We utilise it now for many projects and has helped reduce the workload massively by spreading it out, if we do have any issues our customer service rep has been great.

I wish there was a way to create multiple teams within the programme, better file structuring and an ability to conclude projects and hide them within the app.

Now I can send it over and get specific changes, and I love that I can nudge her when she forgets and it's getting to close to the deadline. PageProof has been a fantastic addition to our internal systems and processes. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and does exactly what we need. The onboarding experience was seamless, and the team at PageProof were always on hand to support us with any initial issues—a special thanks to Callum for his help.

Within a short period, it became part of our daily workflow. Although we initially brought it in to replace Adobe Workfront on a few accounts, we’re already rolling it out more widely and seeing clear benefits.

The pricing model is straightforward and offers excellent value for money. It’s helping us to streamline and standardise our proofing and amendments process across the business.

PageProof has transformed how we handle reviews. It's incredibly easy to upload files, assign reviewers, and gather pinpointed feedback in one secure place. The clean interface, organized version control, and integrations with existing tools have made our creative and approval workflows faster and more efficient. It removes the chaos of back-and-forth emails and keeps feedback visible and actionable.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Managing multiple proofs still feels manual. There’s no option to assign owners or make updates across multiple proofs at once — every change has to be done individually. Also, moving several proofs into one collection should be easier with a bulk move feature. Adding more bulk editing capabilities would massively improve productivity for teams handling high proof volumes.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PageProof centralizes all feedback and approvals into one platform, reducing errors, miscommunication, and project delays. It’s helping our team deliver projects faster and more accurately, improving client satisfaction and internal collaboration.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I love that it's easy for our product marketing team and copy editors to leave comments directly on the proof for feedback. We use it daily for our high volume email sends and it works great in our processes.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

It's a bit difficult to onboard new folks. Pageproof is really robust and sometimes that is a detriment. I get questions from reviewers often about when they can and cannot approve and I wish this was more clear in the UI.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a lot of eyes on the email campaigns we send out and this enables us to have a one-stop-shop for all of our email edits.

**What do you like best about PageProof?**

I love that my team can easily mark up proofs for the editor/designer, and review past proofs side-by-side. I love that I can track multiple routes and have visibility to where they all are in their process.

**What do you dislike about PageProof?**

Just a few things could use improvement, such as being able to smart compare when the file is not exactly the same dimensions; being able to see the notes I send to editors after they have been sent; improved search capability; being able to choose a priority setting for specific proofs.

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do paper proofs back in the day, which made it difficult to track edits, read handwriting, etc. PageProof speeds up our routing process incredibly! It allows me to get proofs in front of people and pass along important information and changes.

Depending on how you use it, the "Workflows" might be overly complicated, sometimes it is just easier to have more people be owners on the proof.

I like how everything is in one spot vs going through a mass amount of emails and losing projects. It has helped me a lot in tracking things down. The integration with Monday.com is a lovely feature too that we utilized at my company.

It's not a PageProof thing really but a user thing. When others that don't know how to use the system and I send them the share link via PageProof. They just download the document and make edits on the PDF vs PageProof. Some people are just afraid of change. How can I make this easier on my company when sharing Proofs with reviewers?

**What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The different versions and the side by side comparison really helps me out! I like how it links to InDesign too when I'm proofing a project that has helped a lot.
