"Padre is an editor who can customize almost anything"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Padre?

What I like most about Padre is that the consumption in terms of computer specifications is minimal. The editor is fresh and ready to be customized, you can edit almost anything according to your preference. In addition, it is a key tool for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Padre?

I believe that your syntax check for Perl 5 is already out of date. In addition, its use in Linux is almost null because some important commands are not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Padre:

In my personal opinion, every beginner programmer should start using Padre, in order to get used to personalizing his work environment. This editor will allow you to install add-ons, themes and absolutely customize everything. In addition, it is a lightweight editor that will not take up much space and can be used on computers with few resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Padre solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Padre since my beginnings in programming and now in my organization to attend projects that need the use of several programming languages at the same time, without the need to install editors that present us with high implementation costs, Father is free and I have customized it to my taste, so I am comfortable with my area of development.
