Excellent communications by all team members: Sales, Project Management, and Services. Responsive, proactive, and thorough. Always willing to get on a call to discuss any concerns or questions. What problems is Packetlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Packetlabs team runs annual penetration tests on all four of our SaaS products. Their comprehensive reports and follow-up discussions ensure security vulnerabilities are identified, classified, understood, and prioritized for remediation by our Product Management team. A retest is included in our services contract, to ensure patches or new software releases have completely addressed the identified vulnerabilities. Packetlabs plays an important role in our overall security posture, and helps us assure our clients that information security is a priority for our organization.
