What do you like best about PackCapture?
Setup was genuinely quick , we were up and recording orders the same day without any fuss, no complicated configuration. The biggest win has been dispute resolution: when a customer claims something was missing or the wrong item shipped, we just pull up the timestamped video and it's settled on the spot. It's cut down our chargebacks and saved a lot of back-and-forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about PackCapture?
Nothing at this stage. I guess an API to link to our WMS would be good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
