"Pacesetter is just what we needed"

What do you like best about Pacesetter?

All the tools we needed in one place. We were able to dump the calendar, signature service, payment processing, Practice Management, portal, and doc storage services we were paying separately for. Their mobile app is a favorite with our clients and has made it so much easier for us to track status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pacesetter?

Nothing really. So much better than what we had to maintain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pacesetter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to maintain so many databases between calendar, signature, storage, portal, CRM, etc that it was a major headache. Now we just use PS for all of those and the client has access through their desktop or mobile app. They feel connected and their relationship is the most important thing to us.
