The thing I like best about Pabbly is that they offer Lifetime Purchase Plans. Previously, we were using Pabbly Connect on a lifetime purchase plan and got access to 1 Lac credits per month, which is more than enough if you’re managing a business with a small number of clientele.

Their UI is easy to navigate and use and I have worked with Zapier also and found that Pabbly is more easy to operate.

Performance wise I did not found failures of task execution unless I did a mistake in integration so it is always best to testing before making any workflow live.

This platform also have an AI workflow builder but to be honest I like it better to do it manually so I can have a complete control on the flow from start.

The second-best thing is that they offer a complete bundle of their services at a single, very reasonable price compared to its closest competition, Zapier. Recently, they launched Chatflow, which is a WhatsApp API service like WATI, and bundled it into their single plan, which they call Pabbly Plus. That’s what compelled us to move to their annual subscription. We moved three of our WhatsApp API accounts from other providers to this platform and saved a lot more because it offers unlimited WhatsApp number accounts.

Pabbly Connect and Pabbly Chatflow, along with its Email Marketing tool (which also comes in the bundle), solve most of the automation tasks for small- and medium-level businesses.

And did I mention that in their Pabbly Plus they offer unlimited credits. It is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike about Pabbly, since we haven’t faced any major issues with it over the last 3 years. That said, there is still some room for improvement.

First, they don’t have a dedicated service for onboarding support. Their support team is active and answers any questions we have, but they don’t provide end-to-end onboarding assistance where you explain your current process and they create a blueprint and implement it for you.

They do have lots and lots of video tutorials, which is great. However, because every business has its own custom requirements, most of the time you won’t find a tutorial that matches your exact scenario. Still, you can usually find videos you can use as a reference.

In our case, for some automations we have to play tricks and find workarounds to build an automation that behaves exactly as per our requirement. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, because it’s a no-code platform, so you can’t expect it to behave in a perfectly linear way for every use case.

Lastly, there are a few apps that are available on Zapier but not here. Sometimes platforms prefer to integrate with Zapier because it’s more popular. Pabbly does add those integrations after some time, though.
