Comment threads keep the conversation about each task in one place, with the ability to reply directly in the thread or even to an email sent directly to you. I think the least I like is how is the process for recording information in the projects, at first I found it somewhat confusing, I did not understand the options that they gave me or that I should register in each one. Then I could understand it, but this can be confusing for new users and they can reject the tool. Maybe it can be made a little more friendly, since it is a useful and powerful tool.
