What do you like best about Oyster?

Oyster has a great support team. In the past whenever I have raised a ticket on its platform, it was promptly managed by the support team and they have provided time to time update about the progress on the resolution. Apart from that any agreement amendment or policy update is managed very smoothly and its system of accepting scanned signature etc has helped immensely to a remote worker like me. What do you dislike about Oyster?

What problems is Oyster solving and how is that benefiting you?

I will be going to be employed by a customer company who does not have a legal entity in India, my native country. So, via Oyster that purpose to employ me has been fulfilled.
