What do you like best about Oyster?

Onboarding was done smoothly with asking all necessary information during onboarding without to and fro. All my doubts for onboarding were cleared promptly by support team. The support team of Oyster is very knowledgeable and active, and responds with clear and timely updates on any ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oyster?

CTC breakup is not provided in the agreement to be signed to the candidate. It lacks clarity on how the CTC is structured, just a rough number does not help at all. CTC structure should be included in the agreement as done by other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oyster solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier for getting onboarded as an employee with foreign organizations, we used to manage our own payments and credits by relying on third party like PayPal etc. Now that is eased out, so for candidates there is less time involved worrying about salaries, employment becomes easier (earlier we used to be just contractors with foreign companies not having presence in India) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
