Overall Rating: 4.5/5
I manage online presence for the Lobster Guys Long Beach restaurant, and Owner.com has become a go-to for getting their digital footprint live quickly.
Onboarding: Notably fast — I got a website live without the usual back-and-forth chasing down content and copy.
UI/UX: Clean and well organized. The menu structure makes it easy to move fast across multiple client accounts without hunting through nested settings.
AI/Intelligence: The standout feature. During site creation, it automatically sourced and assembled the content itself — I didn't expect it to handle that much on its own, and it cut real time off setup. It also generated Google Ads for SEO without any extra configuration on my end, solving something I'd previously been handling manually for clients. That felt like a genuine win, not a feature that just looks good on paper.
Support: Consistently responsive, which makes it easy to recommend to clients who aren't tech-savvy and may need help after launch.
Pricing/ROI: Strong ROI given the time saved on content creation and SEO/ads setup — usually the most labor-intensive parts of launching a restaurant site.
Integrations: easy to handle. We're using Toast as a main POS and setup took up to 15 minutes.
Performance: everything is fast, no notable lags or bugs.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More visibility into what the AI is doing on the marketing side—specifically which SEO/ad decisions it’s making and why—would help me explain the value to owners with more confidence. I’d also like more tools to tweak, manage, and fine-tune the results of AI-generated campaigns, content, and similar outputs.
Better hardware options would be helpful as well. For example, we need a guest-facing display to collect customer contact details for our loyalty program. Tablets for ordering directly from the table would also be useful; right now we use another solution for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
