I love how easy it is to use Owl Practice and that you can do everything in one place, so you don't need any other software to run a practice. Financially, it makes a lot of sense for someone starting their own private practice and helps me save money, run efficiently, and stay organized. The scheduling is efficient, and having direct correspondence with clients is really convenient. It also provides a platform to meet with my clients and takes care of financial aspects, such as invoicing and receipts. I struggle with the video call rooms, as they often don't work properly. Because of this, I have to use Google Meets for client meetings quite a bit. Also, I wish the payment process was faster. It currently takes up to 14 days for credit card payments to be fully processed and reflected on the client's account, which can be frustrating.
