I appreciate the billing, invoicing, and the way it tracks everything for taxes at the end of the year. The payment reminders feature is good too. It keeps all my client information in one place, which is crucial for confidentiality, and it's also great to have helpful videos and customer support if I run into any trouble. I haven't used the video software much because I found it a bit confusing. There are good FAQ sections and help available, so I think it's more about me getting used to it and using it more.
