What do you like best about Oviond?

I've used Oviond at my digital marketing agency for several years, across both V1 and V2. What I value most is being able to bring marketing data into client dashboards and tailor the presentation to each project. We've built reusable dashboard templates and shared reports with clients, so my experience goes beyond just testing the product.

The team is another highlight. Over the years, I've contacted support with questions, bugs and fairly detailed feature suggestions. They have engaged with that feedback and followed up on changes, including adding a LinkedIn follower metric I had requested. What do you dislike about Oviond?

I'd like even more flexibility in dashboard layouts, tables and navigation between shared reports. When you build reports for different clients, small presentation details can make a big difference. I've sent the team suggestions in these areas over the years, along with feedback on Brazilian Portuguese translations.

The early V2 transition also had some rough edges, including slow dashboard loading and integration issues that I raised with support at the time. My wish list is continued polish, more layout control and an increasingly smooth experience for the clients viewing our reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oviond solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oviond helps us organize reporting for multiple marketing clients and give each one a shared view of their results. We've used it to build client dashboards, reuse report templates and generate PDFs, including reports covering website analytics and search performance.

The practical benefit is having a reporting structure we can adapt to each project and use in client communication.
