Oversight is going to help our very large organization track policy violations more effectively and efficiently. We are able to now capture meaningful and actionable insights into employee spending and expense reconciliation behaviors. Changing these behaviors at such a large scale feels impossible but this tool is going to make it possible for our lean team to execute and deliver on those much needed changes. There is nothing to dislike about this tool. The only thing is that there is a learning curve to building the muscle memory to navigating the platform. That takes practice and time. The implementation team were extremely supportive and graceful with that process. One other call out is the self-guided training. I accidentally completed the test BEFORE I completed the lessons.
