I'd consider myself a seasoned sales professional, at first I did not think I needed a guide on my calls like some of our new hires did. However, I quickly realized how beneficial it was to have a checklist to make sure everything I want to cover actually is. Prompts will always be valuable, I sell in a competitive market so having battlecards pop up in real time of a new competitor prevents me from having to boot a rebuttal to an email. A quick ROI for me was the reduction in admin time, having all my notes sync to my CRM let me remove an hour block I had at the end of each day. Lastly, onboarding was completed in about 10 minutes.
