After using Outsolvi for years, I know how it works, so I can quickly figure out what I want to do and how to build an automation or campaign. It integrates well with Typeform, and I’ve noticed that the overall performance has improved over the past 6 months. The onboarding I received at the start was also helpful and gave me a good starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It feels overpriced for the features I mainly use, especially email campaigns and automations. My biggest pain point is the constant reformatting in the email builder. Every time I paste something, I have to adjust the font, color, and spacing for each block. Over time, some of the integrations have also been reduced, probably to focus more on Napier and Make, which I can understand, but it just adds another thing to consider in my setup. I’m also not really interested in the AI features, but they are still included in what I’m paying for. Overall, pricing is probably the thing I dislike most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
