What do you like best about Outfunnel?

Working in a small startup, it is very common to have several platforms for marketing and sales, always looking for savings. Therefore, what I love about Outfunnel is the possibility of integrating all the marketing data and thus giving valuable insights to the sales area to know the exact moment to contact a prospect. What do you dislike about Outfunnel?

What I don't like are two specific things: the impossibility of seeing hard and soft bounces and I also feel that the reporting section is very limited, it doesn't show basic information such as replies, which doesn't offer enough information when making decisions to optimize email campaigns. What problems is Outfunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration of our marketing tool with our CRM so that we have all the data integrated. What I like most is the Lead scoring part to know when to get in touch with the prospects and also the support has been incredible, fast and precise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
