Working in a small startup, it is very common to have several platforms for marketing and sales, always looking for savings. Therefore, what I love about Outfunnel is the possibility of integrating all the marketing data and thus giving valuable insights to the sales area to know the exact moment to contact a prospect. What I don't like are two specific things: the impossibility of seeing hard and soft bounces and I also feel that the reporting section is very limited, it doesn't show basic information such as replies, which doesn't offer enough information when making decisions to optimize email campaigns.
