OutboundEngine’s list management tools feel pretty limited for agency-style work. During our home-services outreach campaign, bulk editing contact records was clunky and we couldn't easily segment mixed prospect groups. Its native reporting also lacks flexible custom fields needed for multi-client tracking. Without dedicated IT staff, our team spends extra hours exporting datasets and cleaning them manually, which slows down our weekly client updates and adds unexpected overhead to our campaign workflows. Better bulk-edit and dynamic segmentation would be ideal. The tool made filtering contacts across client lists cumbersome, which added to the manual workload, and customizable report templates would prevent us from having to rebuild client summaries weekly.
