What do you like best about Outbound System?

While many agencies just write generic outreach targeting a wide audience, the team we worked with took the time to learn about our target audience and their needs. By doing so, they were able to create very effective initial messaging for us. Brandon has been awesome to work with in creating a number of different test campaigns for us in order to help us learn about the best positioning for our product. What do you dislike about Outbound System?

I would love to be able to test at least three different copies at the same time, currently we are only able to do one at a time which results in a longer timeline for learning about what is working best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Outbound System:

Be very detailed in the onboarding process to ensure that your agency understands who your target audience is. By providing thorough details on who your target audience is, the quality of the copy will improve significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outbound System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because our previous outreach did not resonate with the target audience, we were unable to get a response from customers. After implementing a proven connection strategy in our outreach efforts, we have been able to receive responses from prospective customers and build a pipeline from those conversations.
