I love how user friendly the platform is. The team from sales, to implementation, to support has all been a pleasure to work with. They answer your questions timely. Our integration specialist took the time and care to answer all questions and train us! We use both the Invoicing and VendorPay features. Our general managers are already starting to see the return on investment with time savings. The invoices are captured by AI and the accuracy is almost 100%. Our Central Office uses VendorPay as well, which has been a learning experience, but I am also seeing the return on investment with time savings. Currently, the only downside to using Ottimate is the transition between platforms specifically with setting up EDI invoicing. We currently use another platform for EDI, but in the transition to Ottimate, it takes about 8-10 weeks for completing the transition.
