What do you like best about Ottimate?

What I like best about Ottimate is how much time and effort it saves me when managing invoices and payments. I’ve been using Ottimate for about three years, and it has made the whole accounts payable process much easier and more organized. I especially like the automation features because they reduce manual work and help keep everything running smoothly. What do you dislike about Ottimate?

The ACH setup process could be a little more straightforward, especially when setting up or updating bank information. It would also be helpful if updates to ACH settings and related payment information were more seamless and easier to manage. These are minor inconveniences, but improving this process would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ottimate solves a lot of the manual work involved in accounts payable, especially processing invoices, managing payments, and keeping everything organized. It saves me a significant amount of time and reduces the chances of errors that can happen with manual data entry. After using Ottimate for three years, I’ve found that it makes the payment process more efficient and helps me stay organized, allowing me to focus on other important tasks.
