I initially started using Otter.ai when I was working with a client whose accent was sometimes difficult for me to understand. I regularly attended meetings with people from different countries, and understanding everyone's accent during discussions was sometimes challenging. Otter.ai helped me a lot by providing live captions and meeting transcripts, so I could follow the conversations more easily and refer back to anything I missed.

Over time, I started using more of its features, including automated meeting note-taking and Otter AI Chat. I find it especially useful to review meeting discussions, go through important points, and get information without having to listen to the entire recording again. It has made my meetings much more productive and helped me avoid missing important details.

Although Otter.ai is very useful, the transcription is not always completely accurate. Sometimes it misinterprets certain words, especially when people speak quickly, use technical terms, or have strong accents. I also find that the generated meeting notes may occasionally miss some context or details, so I prefer to review them before relying on them.
