Otter.ai makes meeting transcription and note-taking much easier. I like how it automatically captures conversations, identifies speakers and generates summaries with key discussion points. The free plan has fairly restrictive limits, particularly the monthly transcription allowance and the maximum duration for each conversation. The accuracy of summaries can also vary depending on audio quality, accents and how many people are speaking.
