What do you like best about OSPInSight?

OSP Insight is very easy to use as far as GIS programs go. The UX is very friendly and anyone familiar with MapInfo will feel directly at home. The program is laid out in a way that will feel familiar to user of other more "routine" programs as well. The DEV's are very responsive when it comes to addressing issues that the users have and routinely make updates to fix problems that are found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OSPInSight?

Extremely large data sets and many concurrent users can sometimes cause the program to slow down a bit. I wish there was more control over what you could label on the map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OSPInSight solving and how is that benefiting you?

OSP Insight is used by my company to map and maintain a very large fiber plant network across multiple regions in the United States. It allows us to keep a good handle on OSP and ISP work and the granular level of detail is appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
