A multi-edit environment that is fast and responsive, OSPInSight allows us to edit and maintain a large fiber plant. Sitting atop MapInfo Pro, the interface is intuitive and easy to learn, especially for users with any MapInfo experience. The support team at Advanced Fiber Optics is attentive and helpful. What do you dislike about OSPInSight? With dozens of users editing a live databasewith a relatively young version 8.0, we have encountered several minor issues with connectivity and speed - though AFO has been excellent at rectifiying these issues. The multi-edit functionality on the live database allows our large group of editors to map, manage, and maintain an extensive fiber plant. Simultaneously, the web client allows our sales team and network assurance team streamlined access to view the database. OSP Insight is very easy to use as far as GIS programs go. The UX is very friendly and anyone familiar with MapInfo will feel directly at home. The program is laid out in a way that will feel familiar to user of other more "routine" programs as well. The DEV's are very responsive when it comes to addressing issues that the users have and routinely make updates to fix problems that are found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OSPInSight? Extremely large data sets and many concurrent users can sometimes cause the program to slow down a bit.
