What do you like best about OSPInSight?

A multi-edit environment that is fast and responsive, OSPInSight allows us to edit and maintain a large fiber plant. Sitting atop MapInfo Pro, the interface is intuitive and easy to learn, especially for users with any MapInfo experience. The support team at Advanced Fiber Optics is attentive and helpful. They quickly respond to any and all issues which may crop up and do all they can to solve problems to the users satisfaction in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OSPInSight?

With dozens of users editing a live databasewith a relatively young version 8.0, we have encountered several minor issues with connectivity and speed - though AFO has been excellent at rectifiying these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OSPInSight solving and how is that benefiting you?

The multi-edit functionality on the live database allows our large group of editors to map, manage, and maintain an extensive fiber plant. Simultaneously, the web client allows our sales team and network assurance team streamlined access to view the database.
