I really find value in how osapiens handles compliance issues. It simplifies the process of collecting supplier declarations and traceability data all in one place, which is a huge time saver compared to traditional emails. The ability to flag issues like missing sub-supplier data before making any purchase orders has been crucial for us. What stands out the most to me is the consulting aspect of osapiens, where the consultants tailored the setup to our specific needs rather than a standard install. This personalization makes a huge difference. Also, the network feature is incredibly useful as it allows interactions with coordinators from other companies, giving me valuable insights into how they tackle regulatory challenges, saving me the time and effort of developing new processes on my own. Lastly, the guidance provided by the consultants during the initial setup made it go fairly smoothly, particularly with supplier mapping, which can be quite complex otherwise. osapiens is a bit pricey. Each additional module or service adds to the cost, so you really have to weigh what's worth it. When we were looking into extending our license, I actually had to put together a business case for my manager and really look at the functions we use. I think having a modular pricing option for smaller supplier portfolios would be helpful. Also, a direct integration to pull purchase order data from our ERP into supplier risk profiles would make it even more valuable for my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
