I really appreciate how Oryx Dental Software brings scheduling, clinical charting, treatment planning, imaging, patient communication, and practice management all into one system. It has made my daily workflow much smoother. I love the AI-driven features, like Pearl AI, which simplify documentation, aid clinical decision-making, and improve patient communication and understanding. Being able to access it from anywhere, even on my phone, is amazing. The detail in patient exams and the ability to generate comprehensive patient reports with assessment and recommendations is very helpful. The ability to record chart notes and have them summarized is incredibly efficient, and I love that all patient communications are within the software, eliminating the need for different applications. I would say the logistics or the flow of Oryx Dental Software is a bit challenging. There's so much information packed into it, which is good for becoming better clinicians and providing detailed care. However, getting to know the software takes a little time because it offers a lot. The initial setup wasn't the easiest; it took about six weeks to get the hang of things, especially converting our existing patient files and X-ray charts. It wasn't overly complicated, but it required time to fully get comfortable with it. That's really the only aspect I find a bit challenging.
