What do you like best about Orum?

The power dialer is genuinely hands-free and fast. Unlike other "power dialers" that still require reps to click between calls, Orum automates the entire process navigating dial trees, detecting voicemails, and moving to the next number with zero delay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

The AI tools need work. Orum's "AI Voice Detection" sounds impressive in a demo, but in practice there's a noticeable lag the system dials multiple lines simultaneously and listens for a split second to determine if it's a human or voicemail, and that delay can cost you the opening of a conversation. Orum Enriched isn't great. The data enrichment features are included in the plan. he quality and accuracy don't match what you'd get from a dedicated enrichment tool. You still end up relying on external data sources to make sure you're calling the right numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?
