What do you like best about Ortto?

I love that i can easily set up different types of campaigns, starting with SMS, Push, email or audiences. Journey creation is much simpler as well as choosing a filter audience instead of creating segmentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ortto?

I would have liked if all the media available in Autopilot was moved over to Ortto as when we are creating campaigns from scratch we cant use previously used images. I would also have liked if the free SMS option would have carried onto Ortto from autopilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It reduces the time to analyze each campaign that is sent out, it has an incredible amount of metrics that can be easily analyzed. Also, the way to create A/B testing in emails is a lot more friendly than in Autopilot. Ortto allows you to select the type of AB testing to be done when creating a new campaign.
