Their CDP tool is great for attribution, allowing me to know where a user came from by checking session data like UTMs. I also appreciate their email marketing platform, which is key for customer retention and expansion by sending offers to current customers. Their support team really stands out, replying within minutes and solving my problems quickly. I love that the platform is extensive but still easy to customize, offering multiple integrations, and the pricing model is affordable since there’s no usage fee, just a flat monthly charge which helps me avoid considering other platforms.
