The scheduling module is very well made. Features include lots of options for colour-coded appointment blocks, adequate information displayed without having to open the appointment, and an icon system for patient tracking (left message, waiting, seated, etc). The note keeping module is difficult to use. It is too complicated to simply leave a straightforward note, as the "add line" button is in the top left and the notes themselves are at the bottom.
