For my routine, Ortelius’ suite of mapping tools has been useful. The automation aspects cut down the time especially when making detailed maps and sets me free to work on other part of the design. Ortelius can not offer the possibility to work with 3D maps. This functionality’s lack of existence is something that hamper me to create a perfect execution of some ideas of the maps that I design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
