What do you like best about Orphex?

What I like best about Orphex is the depth and flexibility of its performance analysis. I particularly use the Product Performance, Creative AI, and Custom Dashboard features. Product level analysis helps me quickly understand which products are driving performance, while Creative AI makes it easier to identify which creatives are working best. I also really appreciate being able to customize dashboards around the metrics and data points that matter most to me. Overall, Orphex makes performance analysis much more efficient and actionable. The amount I pay is well worth the service I receive. However, it would be great if they offered a discount on extra credits for using artificial intelligence :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orphex?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve when first getting familiar with all the features and customization options. There are many powerful tools available, so it can take some time to fully understand how to get the most out of the platform. What problems is Orphex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Orphex helps me solve the challenge of analyzing performance across a large amount of marketing data. Instead of spending a lot of time manually comparing product, campaign, and creative performance, I can access these insights in one place.

The Product Performance and Creative AI features help me identify what is driving results, while Custom Dashboards make it easier to monitor the metrics that matter most to me.
