ORO Labs has made our day-to-day work much easier. Instead of feeling like just another form to fill out, it actually connects the right people automatically.

We use it as our main starting point for contracts, NDAs, TPCRM reviews, and Legal & Public Affairs requests. In the past, people spent far too much time chasing approvals through messy email chains. Now, everyone simply submits their request through ORO. The tool reads the details and immediately routes tasks to the right approvers, so no one has to guess where it should go next.

As a result, projects move faster and nothing falls through the cracks. For what we pay, the time and effort it saves our teams makes it completely worth it.

Performance has also been excellent. Even with tons of requests and data running through it every day, the system stays smooth and has never crashed or slowed down for us. I highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say there are a few things I dislike about ORO. One is the potential lead time for configuration, and another is the backlog around product enhancements. This may be due to resource allocation, but it has still been manageable overall.

We’ve also found it a bit difficult to add a feature that could be a game changer for us, but due to product constraints we haven’t been able to achieve it. I understand that if something isn’t possible, then it simply isn’t possible, but in that case it definitely isn’t helpful for our needs.

Apart from that, there are some UI/UX issues. Sometimes certain fields are not visible or don’t show up, which makes it a bit challenging when working with approvers, because we have to spend extra time finding the data in ORO and then sharing it with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
