What do you like best about ORO Labs?

What I like most about ORO Labs is the flexibility of the platform and its ability to bring complex procurement processes together into a more seamless user experience. We leverage ORO to support supplier onboarding, where orchestration across different systems, stakeholders, approval paths, and business requirements is critical. The platform allows us to continuously enhance our processes as requirements evolve rather than being limited to a rigid, one-size-fits-all workflow. Real-time validations help protect data integrity, while collaboration capabilities enable clearer and more transparent communication throughout the process. What do you dislike about ORO Labs?

As our use of the platform continues to expand, there are opportunities to further simplify administration and enhance visibility. ORO Labs helps us orchestrate supplier onboarding and create a more consistent experience for users while connecting with the broader supplier data and procurement ecosystem. It brings intake, workflows, approvals, supplier interactions, validations, and underlying systems together into a connected process, reducing the need for users to understand the complexity happening behind the scenes.
