What do you like best about ORO Labs?

What stands out most about ORO is the flexibility of the platform and the partnership we've built with their team throughout our implementation. The platform is highly configurable and has enabled us to orchestrate a wide variety of business processes while integrating with our existing enterprise systems. Rather than forcing us into rigid workflows, ORO has been willing to understand our business requirements and work collaboratively to find solutions that meet our needs. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and open to feedback, whether it involved product enhancements, troubleshooting, or implementation guidance. We've also appreciated their transparency and willingness to discuss design decisions, challenges, and roadmap items. Overall, ORO has been a strong partner throughout our implementation journey, combining a capable platform with a customer-focused approach that has made complex requirements much easier to deliver. What do you dislike about ORO Labs?

One area that could continue to improve is the amount of out-of-the-box documentation and implementation guidance available for more advanced configurations and integrations. Given the flexibility of the platform, there can sometimes be multiple ways to achieve the same outcome, so having additional best practices, implementation examples, and technical documentation would help customers become self-sufficient more quickly. What problems is ORO Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

ORO has helped us modernize and standardize how business requests are initiated, reviewed, and approved across the organization. Before ORO, many of these processes relied on emails, spreadsheets, and manual coordination between teams, making them difficult to track, audit, and continuously improve. By bringing these workflows into a single platform, we've been able to increase visibility, improve governance, and provide a much better user experience for both requesters and approvers.

One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility of ORO. Instead of being limited to traditional procurement processes, we've been able to use ORO as an enterprise workflow and orchestration platform supporting a wide range of business functions. This has allowed us to replace inconsistent manual processes with standardized, configurable workflows while integrating with our existing enterprise systems.

ORO has also improved transparency and traceability. Users can easily follow the status of their requests, business owners have better insight into process execution, and administrators have the tools needed to manage workflows and configurations efficiently. Combined with ORO's collaborative implementation approach, this has enabled us to deliver business capabilities more quickly while maintaining strong governance and the flexibility to adapt as business requirements evolve.
