I love that Orion Advisor Technology is always willing to listen to our thoughts and ideas and continue to build upon them. I value the Portfolio Audit feature highly because I'm big into data, and if the data isn't accurate, you can't trust the results it gives in other areas of the database. I find that all data isn't cohesively displayed throughout the entire ecosystem. For instance, there could be data in one area such as Portfolio Audit, but it doesn't show up in the Client portal. Also, if I supplement data like beneficiaries or product underlying data, I'd like it to show in the UI at either the firm level or for a client view like the client portal. Additionally, I felt the onboarding wasn't great, to be honest. It was all over the place and there was no accountability on either side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
