The platform is easy to use and maintain, which is especially important for a small organization like ours. We needed a budget-friendly option, and the pricing is fair for the features provided. The onboarding process went well. I preferred a live, one-on-one walkthrough with an account representative, which isn’t part of their standard onboarding, but they were flexible and able to accommodate my needs. The system is easy to use overall, although certain features, such as managing the key, can be a little tricky. I also wish there were more flexibility to customize the reporting structure, like having some lines dotted and others not, as the current options feel somewhat limited.
