I find OrderWitness to be a completely lovely tool because it helps a lot in my business. The AI chatbot handles customer queries timely, so I have no tension about how many messages come. They handle all client inquiries and reply to all client main pain points. The fraud detection method is great as it reduces my returns, manages my order trail, and assigns a risk number to every order. They maintain the history of every customer and send a confirmation message to the customer on WhatsApp with a yes and no button. I also find the initial setup very easy; just one click and all integration works.
