What do you like best about Orderwerks?

The platform is user friendly and easy to understand. Also, the Rep assigned to assist is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Orderwerks has helped the ease of syncing orders to Quickbooks Online making my production time more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orderwerks?

Some of the fields do not sync over to Quickbooks Online and I have to manually enter the fields in each time. Our Rep is working on this but it may be more of a Quickbooks issue that is no fault of Orderwerks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orderwerks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have struggled with syncing information over to our Accounting program but our Orderwerks rep goes above and beyond to assist. Just recently, I informed him of an issue with Orderwerks not resetting to the filter and going back to default settings. Stephen helped right away and the issue was resolved within an hour!
