What do you like best about Orderwave?
The platform is extremely reliable, with less than 5 glitches in the 3 years I've used it. It just works.
Support team is knowledgeable, and don't seem rushed so we're able to come up with ideas together to improve our offering to customers.
They have a massive range of integrations with payment providers, making it easy to add new payment methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Orderwave?
Web app not optimised for mobile.
Could use more documentation on some processes like inventory allocation (but this isn't important as the support team are available). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
