We have just started using EDI at my workplace. The thing I like best so far, is the onboarding team and the documentation. Literally everything I have had questions about, so far, is well documented and easy to reference. The Onboarding Team has been quick to respond and provide details and education. So far, the least helpful part has been finding integration details and guidelines for different partners directly in the UI. I can always get to what I need eventually, but I have to click around because it isn’t clear where those details are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
