What do you like best about Orderbot?

The Orderbot team has been super responsive and helpful. We needed a way to integrate our website sales platform with our 3PL and our accounting software. Orderbot provides an automated synchronization between all three and much more. Our website could not hold backorders or preproduction order information so we could never give accurate ETA's to our customers, but Orderbot can hold and process all that information. What do you dislike about Orderbot?

The interface can be a bit difficult to get used to. It's very functional, but Orderbot has so many features it's easy to get lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
